Name, address, email and what you ordered. Payment details never reach us: the payment provider handles those and we only receive whether it succeeded.

Who else sees it

List of processors follows once suppliers and carriers are contracted: warehouse, carrier, payment provider, email platform.

How long

Order data for 7 years, because tax law requires it. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email info@dogangroup.nl and we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
