Limpala is a trade name of Dogan Group B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 89971418, VAT NL864186430B01, address Grotestraat 46, 5431 DK Cuijk.

When the agreement starts

When you place an order you make an offer. The agreement exists once we confirm it by email. If we cannot deliver, we say so and refund within 14 days.

Prices

Prices include tax and exclude shipping unless stated. Prices shown in a currency other than US dollars are converted automatically. The amount charged is the one shown at checkout.

Delivery

See the shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless we state a date explicitly.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days. See the refund policy. This is more than the 14 days EU law requires, and we do not shorten it.

Liability

Dutch law applies. Nothing here limits the consumer rights of the country you live in.
